Seaside’s Treasure the Beach Cleanup
Seaside’s monthly Treasure the Beach Cleanup takes place the first Saturday of every month. This volunteer effort, coordinated by multiple groups in the area, offers visitors the chance to give back to Seaside’s greatest attraction… its beautiful beach! Starting at 9 am you can sign up and get trash bags and gloves on the Prom in front of The Seaside Aquarium.

Lewis and Clark Salt Makers Return
On Saturday and Sunday, September 7th and 8th, the Seaside Museum, assisted by a grant from the City of Seaside Tourism Advisory Committee will sponsor Lewis and Clark Salt Makers. Members of the Pacific Northwest Living Historians (PNLH) will create and share the experience of that exploration group, bringing to life the salt camp which those explorers established more than 200 years ago.

Lincoln County, Ore. 5 Sept. 24 – On Thursday, Sept. 5, 2024, just after midnight, Oregon State Police SWAT responded to a Lincoln City residence to assist the Lincoln City Police Department with a barricaded suspect.
